The property is a two-story duplex with an exclusive floor area of about 332㎡, and it was reportedly purchased from SPC Group President Heo Hee-soo. Ok Joo-hyun is said to have paid the balance recently after signing the contract last May, and this transaction marks the highest price ever recorded at Hannam The Hill.
