Two Managing Attorneys Leading the Inheritance Team

Managing Attorney Yoon Ji-sang served as a presiding judge at the Daejeon Family Court after working at the Daejeon District Court, the Uijeongbu District Court, and the Seoul Central District Court, and gained extensive experience in family cases overall, including divorce, inheritance, and juvenile protection cases. In particular, he participated as a co-author of the Supreme Court Administration’s publications Inheritance Property Division and Reserved Portion Trial Practice Manual and Annotated Civil Act: Inheritance, demonstrating deep legal expertise and broad insight in the field of inheritance.

Managing Attorney No Jong-eon brings practical experience in finance and asset-related matters from the legal teams of IBK Industrial Bank and the legal team leader position at Mirae Asset Management. Based on this background, he closely analyzes the decedent’s assets and leads efforts to secure the maximum rights of heirs. He is also widely recognized as an inheritance-law specialist attorney who handled the inheritance property division case involving the late Goo Hara and successfully spearheaded the petition for legislation of the Goo Hara Act.
