Can a tenant who has fallen behind on rent for 9 months be evicted? — A case of recovering a commercial property through an injunction prohibiting the transfer of possession of real estate

This is a case in which the rent for two commercial units in Gangnam remained unpaid for 9 months (45.15 million KRW), after which the tenant continued to occupy the premises without authorization. After terminating the lease, we obtained an injunction prohibiting the transfer of real estate possession, secured delivery of the commercial space, and laid the groundwork for claiming the overdue rent; this was a successful case.
