This is a case where the work was completed under a service contract, but a success fee of KRW 11 million remained unpaid. By attaching the other party’s claim against funds held in trust company escrow through a provisional seizure, we successfully recovered the full amount and completed the release of enforcement as well. This case shows the process of recovering outstanding payments using a provisional seizure of receivables.
