This is a case in which, on behalf of an elementary school student victim, we proved abuse and forcible indecent assault repeated over one year. By proving the charges against all three juvenile offenders, we caused the case to be transferred to the juvenile division and initiated protective disposition proceedings. This is a case that protected the victim child's rights despite the school's acquiescence.
