This was a case in which a high school student was investigated on suspicion of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth from Sexual Abuse (production and distribution of sexual exploitation materials). Through digital forensic analysis, we proved the absence of evidence and verified the consistency of witness statements, leading to a decision not to refer any of the parties involved for prosecution.
